It rained a lot this morning. However, since Alina had prayed for sunny weather for our visit to our friend's farm, the rain had stopped by this afternoon. (OK, it wasn't exactly sunny, but we turned it into a lesson about God's wisdom being higher than ours.)
The goats were hungry.
Sybille saw the watering can and immediately knew what to do with it!
Hmmm...did I mention she plays the harp?

Sayings
Tonight at dinner, Alina asked, "Mom, if our planet is surrounded by space, how come we always talk about going up into space, and never down into space?"
And, Tassia sometimes calls Sybille, "Sybille Bibble, Little Waddle."

Pentecost Monday
Tassia is saying "Cheese", in case you couldn't tell...
Nuts, anyone?
This afternoon, we took advantage of Alina's last holiday before summer vacation (I think) to take a little walk in the forest.

Flea, fly
ME: Girls, would you like to go to the flea market?
TASSIA: (A bit later) Mama, are we going to go to the fly store?
TASSIA: (Later yet) It was fun to go at the flea store!

School? What school?
French holidays combined with a 4-day school week make it so that Alina, coming off of 2 weeks of spring break, will go to school on Monday, have 2 days off, go to school for 2 days, have 2 days off, go to school for 2 days, then have 5 days off. I'm wondering why bother?
